About the Role
As a Senior Adobe Customer Journey Analytics (CJA) Developer at EY, you will design, build, and refine analytics solutions that help clients understand and improve every stage of the customer journey. Based in Fort Myer, Arlington County, you'll collaborate across teams to translate business questions into measurable, data-driven answers while contributing to EY's mission of building a better working world.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop, configure, and maintain Adobe Customer Journey Analytics (CJA) implementations to support cross-channel reporting and insight.
- Connect and model data sources within the Adobe Experience Platform to power CJA workspaces and dashboards.
- Partner with stakeholders to define requirements and deliver analytics solutions that inform strategic decisions.
- Build dashboards, segments, and calculated metrics that surface meaningful customer behavior trends.
- Validate data quality and troubleshoot tracking, integration, and reporting issues.
- Share knowledge and guide junior colleagues, championing analytics best practices across engagements.
Qualifications
- Senior-level, hands-on experience developing with Adobe Customer Journey Analytics (CJA) and the broader Adobe Experience Platform.
- Strong grasp of digital analytics concepts, data modeling, and cross-channel measurement.
- Proven ability to translate business needs into technical analytics solutions.
- Excellent collaboration and communication skills for working within diverse, distributed teams.
- Availability to work full-time in an on-site capacity in Fort Myer, Arlington County.
