Director of Development & Marketing

Full-time Director of Development & Marketing opportunity at Prestonwood Baptist Church in Richardson, Dallas, supporting the Prestonwood Pregnancy Center. This leadership role combines strategic fundraising, donor engagement, and marketing initiatives to advance our mission of providing critical resources and support to our community.

About the Role

You'll lead all development and marketing efforts for the Prestonwood Pregnancy Center, driving sustainable growth in donor relationships and program visibility. This is a strategic position that directly impacts our ability to expand services and reach those we serve.

What You'll Do

• Establish and execute fundraising strategies designed to meet or exceed annual giving goals set in partnership with the Pregnancy Center's Board
• Develop and oversee a comprehensive Donor Development & Marketing strategy that strengthens relationships with supporters at all levels
• Identify and cultivate new funding opportunities while stewarding existing donor relationships
• Create and implement marketing campaigns that communicate the Pregnancy Center's mission and impact
• Collaborate with Board members and organizational leadership to ensure alignment on fundraising priorities and initiatives
• Manage donor communications, including stewardship reports, engagement events, and recognition programs
• Leverage available resources efficiently to maximize fundraising effectiveness and expand program reach

What We're Looking For

• Proven experience in fundraising, development, or marketing leadership roles
• Track record of meeting or exceeding fundraising goals and building sustainable donor programs
• Strong strategic planning and organizational skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
• Ability to build and maintain relationships with donors, board members, and community partners
• Understanding of nonprofit operations and mission-driven fundraising
• Proficiency with fundraising platforms and marketing tools preferred
