UIC Government Services and the Bowhead Family of Companies is hiring a full-time Contract Manager in Wake Village, Bowie County, to support our proposal effort for the Red River Army Depot (RRAD) Supplemental Labor contract.
About the Role
As Contract Manager, you will help shape and lead the delivery of the RRAD Supplemental Labor effort, with work performed on-site at Red River Army Depot in Texarkana, Texas. This is a hands-on leadership position central to ensuring that program commitments are executed accurately and that required activities are carried out across multiple depot locations.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage one or more programs supporting the Red River Army Depot Supplemental Labor contract.
- Oversee the implementation and execution of prescribed activities at the Red River, Anniston, and Sierra Army Depots, including Watervliet.
- Contribute to the proposal effort for the RRAD Supplemental Labor contract.
- Coordinate program requirements to keep deliverables aligned with contract obligations.
Qualifications
- Demonstrated experience managing government or defense-related contracts and programs.
- Working knowledge of contract execution, implementation, and compliance with prescribed program activities.
- Ability to coordinate work across multiple Army Depot locations.
- Strong organizational, communication, and program management skills.
- Willingness to work on-site; this Contract Manager position is not remote.
