Accenture is hiring a full-time Salesforce Life Science Patient Service Delivery Lead in Detroit, Wayne County, to spearhead patient-centered service programs built on the Salesforce platform. If you thrive at the intersection of life sciences, healthcare engagement, and cloud technology, this role puts you at the heart of one of the world's leading Salesforce practices.

About the Role

As the Salesforce Life Science Patient Service Delivery Lead, you will guide the design and delivery of patient support solutions for life sciences clients. Working on-site in Detroit, you'll translate complex care and engagement needs into scalable Salesforce-powered services that improve outcomes for patients and the organizations that serve them.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead end-to-end delivery of patient service programs implemented on the Salesforce platform.
  • Partner with life sciences clients to shape requirements and align solutions to patient engagement goals.
  • Apply Salesforce capabilities such as Lightning and Einstein to build practical, data-driven patient service experiences.
  • Coordinate cross-functional teams to keep delivery on schedule and aligned to client expectations.
  • Champion best practices drawn from Accenture's deep, multi-industry Salesforce expertise.

Qualifications

  • Hands-on experience delivering Salesforce solutions, ideally within life sciences, healthcare, or patient services.
  • Familiarity with Salesforce technologies including Lightning and Einstein.
  • Strong leadership and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to drive delivery across teams.
  • Understanding of patient engagement, care support, or related service-delivery models.
  • Willingness to work full-time on-site in Detroit, Wayne County.
