Key Responsibilities
- Carry out notarial acts, including witnessing and verifying signatures on documents.
- Confirm the identity of signers and ensure each party signs willingly and knowingly.
- Travel to client locations throughout San Jose and Santa Clara County to provide convenient, on-the-go notary service.
- Review documents for completeness and proper execution before and after signing.
