Employment Litigation Attorney – Irvine

Are you a litigator ready to take ownership of complex workplace disputes? Klinedinst PC is hiring an Employment Litigation Attorney in Irvine, Orange County, to join a fast-moving, collaborative practice in Southern California.

About the Role

This is a full-time, in-office opportunity for a motivated attorney to accelerate their employment law practice within Klinedinst PC's expanding Irvine team. You will handle substantive litigation work from the outset, partnering with seasoned colleagues to resolve high-stakes matters for the firm's clients. The position is based on-site in Irvine, Orange County, and is not a remote role.

Key Responsibilities

• Take and defend depositions across active employment litigation matters
• Conduct witness interviews and gather the facts that shape case strategy
• Draft and argue motions, briefs, and other litigation filings
• Evaluate and litigate claims involving harassment, discrimination, and retaliation
• Work on wage and hour class actions and PAGA representative claims
• Analyze the legal and factual issues underlying each assigned matter

Qualifications

• At least 4 years of practice as a litigation attorney
• Hands-on experience with California employment law disputes
• Familiarity with harassment, discrimination, and retaliation litigation
• Background in wage and hour class action and PAGA representative matters preferred
• Active license to practice law in California
• Sharp legal writing, analytical, and oral advocacy skills
