Cherokee Federal is hiring a mid-level HUMINT Collection Manager in Los Angeles, Los Angeles County, to drive overt human intelligence collection in support of critical national security missions. About the Role
As a HUMINT Collection Manager (Mid) with Cherokee Strategic Edge, part of the Cherokee Federal family of companies, you will serve as a connective hub between requirements managers, analysts, and intelligence consumers. Your work ensures that overt HUMINT collection activities stay aligned with priority needs and deliver actionable results to decision-makers.
Key Responsibilities
- Partner with collection requirements managers to translate intelligence needs into clear, prioritized collection guidance.
- Coordinate closely with analytic teams and end consumers to confirm that overt HUMINT operations address validated requirements.
- Monitor and assess collection efforts to keep operations responsive, focused, and mission-relevant.
- Facilitate communication across stakeholders to resolve gaps and refine collection strategy.
Qualifications
- Active Top Secret/Sensitive Compartmented Information (TS/SCI) clearance is required to be considered.
- Willingness and ability to obtain a Counterintelligence (CI) polygraph.
- Demonstrated experience in HUMINT collection management or a closely related intelligence discipline.
- Strong collaboration skills, with the ability to coordinate among requirements managers, analytic elements, and intelligence consumers.
- Available to work full-time on-site in Los Angeles, Los Angeles County (this position is not remote).
