About the Role
As a Caregiver - PCA with Act for Health, you'll step into a rewarding home healthcare position centered on one-on-one patient relationships. Working alongside a respected leader in home-based care, you'll help individuals — including those who have served our country — maintain their health, independence, and quality of life. This is an on-site, in-home role (not remote) offering the flexibility to build a schedule that fits your life while making a genuine difference every day.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver attentive in-home personal care that supports each client's daily health and comfort.
- Assist clients with essential everyday activities and routines as outlined in their care plan.
- Build trusting, one-on-one relationships that promote dignity, well-being, and independence.
- Monitor each client's condition and communicate any changes to the care team.
- Help enhance clients' overall quality of life through reliable, compassionate support.
