About the Role
As a Senior Proposal Specialist within Kiewit's Energy Group, you will lead the creation of compelling, client-centered proposals, qualifications packages, and supporting pursuit deliverables across the power market. Based in Glendale, Denver, this full-time, on-site position sits within Kiewit's Business Development & Proposals department (KEG Business Development) and plays a pivotal part in helping our teams capture new work and grow client relationships.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the end-to-end development of client-focused proposals and qualifications submittals for energy and power market pursuits.
- Coordinate pursuit-related deliverables that support successful project wins.
- Partner with business development, estimating, and technical teams to shape clear, persuasive content.
- Manage proposal timelines, compliance requirements, and quality standards from kickoff through submission.
- Translate complex technical information into polished, reader-friendly narratives.
Qualifications
- Proven, senior-level experience producing proposals or qualifications packages, ideally within the energy, power, or construction sectors.
- Exceptional writing, editing, and organizational skills with sharp attention to detail.
- Ability to juggle competing deadlines and lead multiple pursuits simultaneously.
- Strong collaboration skills for working across cross-functional project teams.
- Willingness to work on-site at the Glendale, Denver location (this is not a remote role).
