Kiewit is seeking a results-driven Senior Talent Acquisition Advisor – University to join its University Recruiting team in Quivira, Johnson County. In this full-time, on-site role, you'll help shape the next generation of talent by bringing top interns and recent graduates into one of North America's leading construction and engineering organizations.

About the Role

As a Senior Talent Acquisition Advisor – University, you will bring Kiewit's recruiting strategy to life across college and early-career hiring. Based out of the Corporate Home Office within HR Operations, you'll own the full sourcing and attraction effort for intern and entry-level professionals, building meaningful pipelines and championing the Kiewit employer brand on campus and beyond.

Key Responsibilities

• Execute the organization's university recruiting strategy to attract intern and new-graduate candidates.
• Source, engage, and build relationships with early-career talent through campus and digital channels.
• Partner with hiring leaders and HR Operations to align recruiting efforts with workforce needs.
• Represent Kiewit's culture and opportunities to prospective students and recent graduates.
• Manage candidate experience throughout the sourcing and attraction process.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in talent acquisition, recruiting, or sourcing, ideally within university or early-career programs.
• Strong relationship-building and communication skills to engage students, graduates, and internal stakeholders.
• Ability to translate recruiting strategy into measurable sourcing and attraction outcomes.
• Comfortable working on-site in Quivira, Johnson County as part of a collaborative HR team.
