As a Sales Associate at Romantix, you'll be a key member of our Cloverdale store team, delivering outstanding customer experiences while helping maintain a welcoming, well-organized retail environment. This is a part-time position offering flexible scheduling (up to 29 hours per week) without benefits, making it ideal for those seeking supplemental income or a part-time work arrangement.

What You'll Do

• Provide friendly, attentive service to every customer who enters the store
• Assist customers with product selection and answer questions about inventory
• Maintain attractive merchandise displays and ensure proper product presentation throughout the store
• Keep the sales floor clean, organized, and inviting at all times

Compensation and Schedule

This part-time Sales Associate position offers an hourly wage of $12.50 per hour, with increases based on your experience and performance. We offer bonuses and incentive opportunities to recognize your contributions. You'll also have access to On-Demand Pay, allowing you to receive your earnings as they accrue, giving you greater financial flexibility.
