About the Role
As an Entry-Level Field/Office Engineer with Kiewit, you'll bridge the gap between the job site and the project office, supporting the engineering and construction teams on active transportation and heavy civil projects. What You'll Do
- Assist senior engineers with field documentation, surveys, and site inspections
- Support project scheduling, cost tracking, and progress reporting
- Monitor and enforce safety compliance and quality standards on site
- Read and interpret construction blueprints and technical specifications
- Coordinate communication between field crews and the project office
- Record field data and prepare daily or weekly project reports
- Support equipment operation, inspection, and maintenance coordination
What We're Looking For
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field (or equivalent experience)
- Strong technical aptitude and ability to learn construction processes
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
