Position Summary

Continental is seeking a Sr SCM Analyst to strengthen supply chain operations at our Valparaiso location. In this role, you'll analyze supplier performance, optimize inventory management, and collaborate across departments to ensure efficient material flow supporting our manufacturing operations. Key Responsibilities

• Analyze supplier metrics and performance data to identify improvement opportunities and recommend vendor optimization strategies
• Monitor inventory levels and forecast demand to minimize carrying costs while maintaining production readiness
• Develop and implement supply chain process improvements to enhance efficiency and reduce lead times
• Collaborate with procurement, manufacturing, and logistics teams to resolve supply chain disruptions and coordinate materials flow
• Track and report on key performance indicators and supply chain metrics to support data-driven decision-making

What You Bring

• Several years of supply chain management, procurement analysis, or related manufacturing experience
• Strong analytical skills and proficiency with data analysis tools and systems
• Knowledge of inventory management, demand forecasting, and supplier relationship management practices
• Excellent organizational and communication abilities with capacity to work cross-functionally
• Bachelor's degree in supply chain management, business, engineering, or related field, or equivalent professional experience
