What You'll Do

• Operate a dry van over long-distance routes throughout the country
• Maintain safe, legal compliance with DOT regulations and company standards
• Manage vehicle maintenance checks and report any equipment issues promptly
• Deliver freight on schedule while prioritizing cargo security and vehicle safety
• Communicate professionally with dispatch and customers regarding delivery status

What We're Looking For

• Valid Class A CDL with clean driving record
• Minimum 1–2 years professional driving experience (OTR preferred)
• Valid passport for cross-border routes where applicable
• Strong mechanical knowledge and equipment care
• Reliability, professional communication, and a team-oriented mindset
• We welcome drivers with checkered pasts—second chances are our philosophy

Compensation & Benefits

• Company Driver: Up to $0.56 CPM
• Lease Purchase Operator: 80/20 split model
