About the Role
As a Project Manager (Sr. – Principal) focused on commercial building and capital construction, you will serve as the Owner's representative on major capital projects supporting AEP facilities. This Grandview Heights, Franklin County position calls for a seasoned construction professional who can steer complex builds while protecting AEP's interests at every phase of delivery.
Key Responsibilities
- Represent and defend the Owner's interests across major commercial building and capital construction projects.
- Direct the full lifecycle of capital project delivery, from planning through completion.
- Coordinate construction activities to keep work aligned with scope, schedule, and quality expectations.
- Provide senior-to-principal level leadership and oversight on AEP facility projects based in Grandview Heights.
Qualifications
- Demonstrated experience as a commercial building project manager.
