Key Responsibilities
- Operate a dry van trailer safely and efficiently across OTR lanes.
- Transport freight on time while following all DOT and federal safety regulations.
- Conduct pre-trip and post-trip inspections to keep your equipment road-ready.
- Maintain accurate logs, delivery records, and communication with dispatch.
- Manage stops, detention, and layover situations professionally.
Qualifications
- Valid CDL-A (Class A commercial driver's license).
- Willingness to run over-the-road (OTR) freight as a W-2 company driver.

- Ability to start as soon as possible.
Pay & Extras
- Mileage pay of $0.50 to $0.56 per mile, earning up to 56 CPM based on your application.
- Breakdown and layover pay of $100 per day after the first 24 hours.
- Detention pay of $15 per hour after the initial 2–3 hours, depending on the load.
- Additional stop pay as outlined for your assignments.
