Working Student Recruiting (m/f/d)

About This Opportunity

We are representing a confidential aerospace technology client in Brunswick, Germany, seeking a Working Student to support their talent acquisition operations. This is a hands-on role where you'll help build a high-performing team in a fast-paced technical environment, gaining practical experience across the full recruitment lifecycle.

Responsibilities

• Support execution of initial candidate interviews to assess cultural alignment
• Monitor and coordinate the interview process, keeping timelines on track and stakeholders informed
• Prepare onboarding documentation for new hires
• Process and evaluate application questionnaires using modern AI-assisted tools
• Support preparation of technical and commercial assessment challenges for second-round candidates
• Coordinate scheduling between candidates and hiring teams using Microsoft Bookings
• Ensure timely candidate processing in HR software (Personio)
• Provide general administrative support to the recruiting function

What We're Looking For

Required:

• Completed Bachelor's degree in HR, Psychology, Legal Studies, Business, or related field—or at least 2 years of experience as a working student
• Available onsite in Brunswick approximately 20 hours per week, starting immediately
• Structured, reliable, and detail-oriented approach to handling sensitive information
• Excellent communication skills in both German and English
• Confident user of MS Office suite, particularly SharePoint and Bookings

Preferred:

• Prior experience in HR, recruiting, or people operations
• Background supporting recruitment in fast-paced technical or deep-tech organizations
• Familiarity with German labour law (Spanish labour law knowledge is a bonus)
