Working Student Marketing (B2B SaaS Startup)

Responsibilities

We are representing a fast-growing B2B SaaS startup in Berlin that is looking for a motivated working student to support their marketing team. In this role, you will work directly with the founding growth manager and take on genuine responsibility from day one across the full marketing mix.

Your core areas of ownership will include:

• Social Media: Plan editorial calendars, create content including video, and manage community engagement on LinkedIn
• Content Development: Support the creation of blog articles, newsletters, and case studies
• Newsletter Management: Prepare content, coordinate distribution, and track performance metrics
• Webinar Coordination: Set up, organize, and support webinar delivery
• Market Research: Analyze market trends, competitive landscape, and identify new channels and formats relevant to B2B technology marketing

This is not a support role – you will own your areas end-to-end, contribute your own ideas, and see the direct impact of your work.

What We're Looking For

Our client is seeking a candidate who brings:

• Currently enrolled in a university program (Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or similar) – minimum 3rd semester of Bachelor's degree
• Initial experience in a SaaS environment or strong interest in learning how B2B software is marketed
• Experience with AI tools and curiosity to explore new ones
• Structured, reliable, and hands-on working style
• Fluent German and English language skills
• Plus: Previous exposure to content creation (SEO, search optimization), newsletter management, or B2B social media
• Nice to have: Knowledge of HubSpot and Canva

The position offers flexible working arrangements with a mix of office time in Berlin (Prenzlauer Berg/Mitte area) and two days per week remote option. Pay
