Content & Growth Marketing Specialist

Responsibilities

We are representing a confidential strategic intelligence firm seeking a Content & Growth Marketing Specialist to own their content-to-pipeline engine. This is a builder role where you will design, produce, distribute, and optimize content that generates qualified leads across multiple channels.

You will be responsible for:

• Managing the production calendar for gated reports and lead capture mechanics, driving lead generation through strategic content
• Owning the company's LinkedIn presence, writing and optimizing 12+ posts per month across company and leadership accounts for engagement and click-through
• Writing, segmenting, and monitoring monthly newsletters and designing email sequences to build active audience segments
• Executing and monitoring LinkedIn ad campaigns based on strategic briefs
• Fully owning editorial content streams including expert interviews, profile publishing, and new format experimentation
• Taking full ownership of organic search performance through SEO/GEO audits and implementing cluster content frameworks
• Optimizing website lead capture, CTA placement, landing pages, and structured data for visibility in AI-generated search results
• Managing event-related content including pre-event briefs, post-event debriefs, and intelligence publishing
• Tracking performance across all campaigns and streams, extracting data and delivering cross-channel reporting with actionable insights

What We're Looking For

Our client needs a proactive content professional who can work independently and deliver results for a sophisticated B2B audience.

Required qualifications:

• 1–2 years of relevant experience (including high-impact internships) with proven ability to deliver results independently
• Demonstrated track record of owning a B2B content stream end-to-end for senior audiences in private equity, corporate strategy, or institutional sectors
• Strong written and verbal English (primary working language)
• Solid SEO fundamentals including on-page optimization, keyword strategy, and basic audits
• Proactive, organized, and autonomous—comfortable managing multiple workstreams without waiting for direction
• Strong cross-functional collaboration skills working with sales, customer success, and product teams

Preferred qualifications:

• Experience with email marketing platforms and no-code CMS tools like Webflow
• Familiarity with LinkedIn Ads Manager and product analytics tools
• Understanding of GEO (Generative Engine Optimization) and AI search visibility
• Interest in financial markets, private equity, or institutional technology sectors
