About This Opportunity

We are representing a confidential influencer management agency seeking a Creator Manager to join their team in Ireland. This is a fully remote, commission-based opportunity for an entrepreneurial professional who wants uncapped earning potential while working with digital creators and major global brands.

Our client connects content creators with marketing opportunities across platforms like TikTok and Instagram, partnering with major entertainment and consumer brands to deliver innovative social media campaigns. This role offers flexibility to work from anywhere while building and managing a roster of influencer talent.

Responsibilities

• Manage and scale influencer portfolios, helping creators grow their audience and secure brand partnerships
• Scout and sign new talent, focusing on both emerging and established content creators
• Negotiate deals with brands and record labels on behalf of represented creators
• Develop content strategies to maximize creator monetization and platform growth
• Build and nurture relationships with brand partners and agencies
• Collaborate with internal teams on overall growth strategy and roster expansion
• Use proprietary software tools to track performance and analytics

What We're Looking For

• Deep familiarity with major social media platforms, particularly TikTok and Instagram
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Entrepreneurial mindset with strong drive and self-motivation
• Ability to work autonomously and manage your own schedule
• Comfortable in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
• Bonus: Previous experience in talent management, influencer marketing, sales, or marketing agencies

Pay
