Working Student – Healthcare Sales

Responsibilities

We are representing a confidential healthcare technology organization seeking a Working Student to support their sales and account management activities. Working from their Heidelberg headquarters and remotely, you will collaborate with an international team of sales consultants and leadership to achieve targets and drive business growth.

Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:

• Building relationships with sales consultants and leadership team members
• Supporting network expansion and lead generation initiatives to acquire new customers
• Participating in quote generation, review processes, and order entry
• Creating CRM-based reports to support forecasting and strategy development
• Assisting with preparation for national and international trade shows and conferences
• Developing AI-supported workflows to optimize and automate sales processes
• Contributing to departmental strategy workshops and sales approach development
• Analyzing CRM data to identify opportunities and trends

What We're Looking For

Our client seeks a self-motivated individual with strong interpersonal skills who can balance independent work with team collaboration. The ideal candidate will have:

• Current enrollment in a Bachelor's or Master's program at a German university
• High level of enthusiasm and willingness to learn
• Strong sense of commitment and initiative
• Personable and engaging demeanor, comfortable with prospect interaction
• Mandatory fluency in both German and English (additional languages are a plus)
• Interest in healthcare technology and sales processes
