Senior Product Manager (all genders) | B2B

About This Opportunity

We are representing a confidential e-commerce organization in Germany seeking a Senior Product Manager to drive B2B platform capabilities. Our client operates at scale within the marketplace technology space, serving sellers and partners across multiple European markets. This is a remote or hybrid role with flexibility to work from Cologne, Darmstadt, Düsseldorf, or Berlin.

Responsibilities

• Own and evolve the product strategy, vision, and roadmap for key B2B platform capabilities including Selling Experience or Marketing Technologies
• Translate complex business requirements and seller insights into scalable, reliable, and high-impact digital product features
• Collaborate closely with Engineering, Architecture, Marketing, and Sales teams to build future-proof solutions and ensure seamless technical integrations
• Apply platform thinking to balance business goals, technical constraints, speed, scalability, and long-term ecosystem impact
• Utilize data, metrics, and user feedback to identify problems, measure performance, and continuously optimize seller adoption and growth
• Drive go-to-market strategies, product launches, and stakeholder communication to align cross-functional teams around shared priorities
• Conduct market and competitive analysis to proactively discover opportunities for product innovation and international marketplace expansion
• Explore and experiment with emerging technologies, AI-driven tools, and novel architectural approaches to shape the future of the B2B platform

What We're Looking For

• Proven experience as a Product Manager owning products for sellers and partners: technical platforms and tooling, AI-powered automation and service products, or marketing technology and growth products
• Strong builder mindset with a track record of driving products from early concept and architecture through to execution and delivery
• Experience building with emerging technologies and AI, from experimentation to production, with curiosity for modern PM tools and innovative platform trends
• Solid technical background with clear understanding of APIs, data flows, system integrations, and web architectures
• Highly data-driven and outcome-focused approach, with ability to turn user data and performance metrics into actionable product decisions
• Outstanding stakeholder management and communication skills, with ability to bridge technical complexity and business strategy
• Customer-first mindset with passion for solving seller pain points and driving business impact
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, pragmatic environment
• Fluent English skills (C1 level) and experience in international, remote work setups
