Workflow Product Owner (f/m/d)

Responsibilities

We are representing a confidential B2B SaaS organization seeking a Workflow Product Owner to lead their internal workflow platform from end to end. In this role, you will drive AI-native automation that transforms operational efficiency across the organization.

Your core responsibilities will include:

• Owning the workflow platform strategy and roadmap, making bold decisions that drive company-wide adoption
• Taking ambiguous workflow challenges from initial discovery through to shipped solutions with measurable business impact
• Prioritizing features and enhancements based on business value and user needs
• Designing intuitive user interfaces and experiences for internal applications with AI workflows as a core consideration
• Working directly with cross-functional teams to identify high-leverage problems and translate them into clear product initiatives
• Conducting user training sessions and creating interactive documentation to drive feature adoption and user enablement
• Analyzing usage data to identify optimization opportunities and track adoption metrics
• Collaborating daily with UI/UX designers and engineering teams to prototype, test, and deliver high-impact functionality
• Championing a user-first mindset to ensure all workflow tools are intuitive, efficient, and accessible

What We're Looking For

Required qualifications:

• 3–4 years of experience in product management or a related role, preferably in a SaaS environment
• AI-native expertise – demonstrated understanding of modern AI/ML technologies including LLMs, RAGs, MCPs, and agentic systems, with concrete examples of building or optimizing features and workflows using AI tools
• Comfort thriving in dynamic, evolving environments where priorities shift and adaptability is essential
• Strong product vision with the ability to break down strategic goals into small, shippable, impactful increments
• User-centered mindset ensuring products and workflow tools are intuitive and efficient
• Hands-on experience with agent building, prototyping and design tools, documentation and planning platforms, ticketing systems, and analytics tools such as Figma and Posthog
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to align stakeholders and execute with discipline

Preferred qualifications:

• Technical background or education
• Experience in workflow automation, process improvement, or configuring complex transactional systems
• Knowledge of electronic data interchange concepts

This is a remote-first opportunity available to candidates based in Germany, Austria, Spain, Italy, Hungary, Portugal, Croatia, or Poland.
