About the Role
As a trusted advisor to senior HR and business leaders, you'll architect comprehensive Workday Recruiting and Talent Acquisition solutions that attract, evaluate, and onboard top talent at scale. You'll combine deep Workday platform expertise with strategic consulting to solve complex talent challenges—defining system scope, designing integrations with finance and planning systems, and ensuring configurations align with clients' talent strategies and compliance requirements.
What You'll Do
- Lead Workday Recruiting and Talent Acquisition architecture and design for enterprise implementations
- Conduct requirements gathering with HR leaders and business stakeholders to translate talent goals into technical blueprints
- Architect integrations between Workday Recruiting, core HR, finance, analytics, and planning systems
- Define data models, reporting frameworks, and dashboards that surface recruitment metrics and talent insights
- Guide clients through best practices, configuration decisions, and change management for new systems
- Work across multidisciplinary teams—recruiting specialists, data architects, system integrators—to deliver on time and on budget
- Mentor junior consultants and build Accenture's Workday talent acquisition practice
What We're Looking For
- Workday Recruiting and/or Talent Acquisition certification (required)
- 5+ years of experience architecting or consulting on Workday Recruiting implementations
- Deep knowledge of Workday configuration, including candidate sourcing, job requisitions, applicant workflows, and talent analytics
- Experience integrating Workday with adjacent systems (finance, planning, analytics, HRIS)
- Strong understanding of talent acquisition processes, recruiting workflows, and HR compliance
- Excellent communication and client management skills; ability to translate business needs into technical solutions
- Problem-solving mindset and track record delivering complex projects successfully
