Construction Scaffolding Labor – Professional Sporting events

We're hiring an experienced scaffolding technician in North Charleston, Charleston County to support the setup and execution of large-scale event productions. About the Role

As scaffolding labor, you'll be a critical part of our team, ensuring every event has the structural foundation it needs to succeed.

What You'll Do

• Assemble, erect, and disassemble scaffolding systems according to engineering specifications and site plans
• Inspect materials and components for structural integrity before and during installation
• Secure all connections, cross-braces, and fasteners to meet safety standards and building codes
• Collaborate with supervisors, engineers, and other trades to coordinate complex staging setups
• Follow all Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA) protocols and company safety procedures
• Transport and position equipment using hand tools and machinery as directed
• Maintain accurate documentation of work completed and any issues encountered
• Support rapid setup and breakdown timelines for high-profile sporting events

What We're Looking For

• Proven experience working with scaffolding or structural assembly in construction or event production
• Strong understanding of load ratings, stability principles, and safety best practices
• Physical ability to lift heavy loads regularly, work at heights, and perform demanding labor in outdoor conditions
• Familiarity with hand and power tools; ability to read blueprints and follow technical instructions
• Relevant certifications (such as OSHA 30 or scaffolding-specific training) preferred
• Excellent communication skills and a collaborative, safety-first mindset
• Reliability and punctuality for scheduled event production work
