Wine Sales Supervisor

Reyes Beer Division is hiring a full-time Wine Sales Supervisor in Crown Point, Lake County to lead a sales team, drive revenue growth, and manage day-to-day operations for assigned territories and retail accounts.

About the Role

In this supervisory position, you'll combine hands-on sales leadership with team management in a fast-paced beverage distribution environment. You'll oversee sales personnel performance, coach team members toward excellence, and maintain accountability for revenue targets and key performance indicators across your assigned territory in Lake County and surrounding areas.

What You'll Do

• Lead, develop, and supervise a team of wine and beer sales representatives
• Drive achievement of sales goals, volume targets, and revenue objectives
• Manage shelf positioning, product displays, and pricing strategy for maximum retail impact
• Build and maintain strong relationships with retail partners and internal stakeholders
• Monitor team productivity and individual performance; provide coaching and feedback
• Communicate company initiatives and sales priorities to your team
• Ensure compliance with distributor standards and company policies
• Work actively in the field alongside your sales team to support account development
