About the Role

We are hiring a full-time Seasonal Gardener based in Stanwood, Snohomish County. In this hands-on, on-site position, you'll spend your days outdoors caring for landscapes and keeping grounds healthy, tidy, and thriving throughout the growing season. It's an ideal opportunity for someone who loves working with their hands, takes pride in visible results, and enjoys being part of a crew that values craftsmanship in the field.

Key Responsibilities

• Plant, prune, weed, mulch, and maintain gardens, beds, shrubs, and turf areas.
• Operate and care for standard gardening and landscape hand tools and equipment.
• Keep work sites clean, safe, and presentable for clients throughout the season.
• Support broader grounds-maintenance tasks alongside the field team as needed.
• Follow site instructions and safety practices to deliver consistent, quality results.

Qualifications

• A genuine interest in gardening, horticulture, or landscape maintenance.
• Comfort working outdoors in varied weather and on your feet for extended periods.
• Reliability, a strong work ethic, and a team-first attitude.
• Ability to perform physical tasks such as bending, lifting, and repetitive motion.
• Availability for full-time, on-site work in Stanwood, Snohomish County (this is not a remote role).
