About the Role
We're seeking a dedicated Gardener to maintain and enhance the outdoor spaces our clients trust us with. This full-time role is perfect for someone who takes pride in creating and preserving beautiful landscapes across Clark County and the greater Vancouver area.
What You'll Do
- Maintain gardens, lawns, and landscape beds through regular watering, weeding, and seasonal care
- Plant shrubs, flowers, trees, and other vegetation according to landscape design specifications
- Perform pruning, trimming, and hedge maintenance to keep properties looking their best
- Prepare and condition soil, apply mulch, and manage compost or other soil amendments
- Operate and maintain hand tools and landscaping equipment safely and effectively
- Follow environmental best practices and company safety standards on every job
- Work collaboratively with team members to complete projects on schedule
What We're Looking For
- Experience in gardening, landscaping, or similar outdoor grounds maintenance work
- Knowledge of plants, soil types, growing seasons, and climate-appropriate cultivation for the Pacific Northwest
- Physical stamina for outdoor work in varying weather conditions
- Attention to detail and a commitment to quality workmanship
- Reliability and a strong work ethic
- Valid driver's license and ability to work flexible seasonal schedules
