Director Compliance & Property Management – Michigan

Oracle is hiring a Director, Compliance & Property Management to oversee the regulatory and administrative backbone of its hyperscale data center real estate—a full-time, on-site leadership role based at State House, Lancaster County.

About the Role

As Director, Compliance & Property Management, you will direct the governance, regulatory, and administrative operations supporting Oracle Cloud Infrastructure's expanding portfolio of hyperscale data center properties. You will set and drive the strategy behind how Oracle manages its land assets, working hand-in-hand with municipal authorities, regulators, and internal partners. This position carries end-to-end ownership of property-related execution, from land administration and permitting through lease commitments and contractual obligations, making it central to the continued growth of Oracle's infrastructure footprint.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the administrative, governance, and regulatory management of Oracle's data center property portfolio.
• Define and execute property strategy across land administration and asset oversight.
• Coordinate with municipal bodies and local authorities on planning, zoning, and permitting matters.
• Ensure full regulatory compliance across all property holdings and operations.
• Oversee lease arrangements, contract obligations, and related real estate commitments.
• Partner with internal teams to align property execution with Oracle Cloud Infrastructure's expansion goals.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated leadership experience in property or facilities management, real estate administration, or a closely related field.
• Strong working knowledge of regulatory compliance, governance frameworks, and permitting processes.
• Proven ability to manage leases, contracts, and municipal coordination at scale.
• Strategic mindset paired with hands-on execution across complex property portfolios.
• Excellent stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration skills.
• Willingness to work on-site at State House, Lancaster County, in this full-time role.
