About the Role
As a Maintenance Supervisor with Otis in Denver, you'll oversee day-to-day maintenance activities, lead a team of technicians, and ensure all equipment operates safely and reliably. You'll manage schedules, monitor work quality, maintain records, and establish a strong safety culture across operations.
What You'll Do
- Supervise and develop maintenance technicians to deliver high-quality service
- Plan and schedule preventive and corrective maintenance work
- Conduct facility and equipment inspections to ensure safety standards
- Manage maintenance budgets and allocate resources effectively
- Document work and communicate status to clients and internal teams
- Establish and refine maintenance procedures and best practices
- Build and reinforce a workplace culture centered on safety and quality
What We're Looking For
- 3 or more years of maintenance operations experience
- Minimum 1–2 years in a supervisory or lead capacity
- Solid technical knowledge of mechanical, electrical, HVAC, or building systems
- Demonstrated ability to lead and motivate teams
- Strong communication, planning, and organizational skills
- Commitment to workplace safety and regulatory compliance
- High school diploma or equivalent; industry certifications are valued
