Responsibilities

We are representing a confidential consulting organization specializing in the public sector. As a working student in this role, you will support consultants on diverse organizational development projects and gain valuable insights into shaping future-ready public sector organizations. Your responsibilities include:

• Project Management: Take on responsible tasks in client projects, including project planning, coordination, and implementation, working closely with senior consultants.
• Workshop & Training Support: Assist in preparing, coordinating, and executing workshops and training sessions for clients. Create compelling presentations and materials.
• Proposal Development: Support consultants by proofreading proposals and reports.
• Business Development Research: Conduct research on current market developments to support the growth of the practice area.

What We're Looking For

Our client seeks a motivated working student who brings the following qualifications:

• Academic Background: Currently enrolled as a student for at least one more year in organizational psychology, business administration, social sciences, HR-focused business studies, or a related field. Available 16-20 hours per week during the semester.
• Interest in Consulting: Strong interest in organizational development and the consulting industry.
• Graphic Skills: Good eye for creating visual content and enthusiasm for designing engaging training and workshop materials (flipcharts, PowerPoint presentations).
• Responsibility & Initiative: Hands-on mentality with the ability to take full ownership of assigned tasks.
• Communication Skills: Ability to work with diverse stakeholders and continue developing your communication abilities.
