Senior Digital Creative (gn) AI Focus

Responsibilities

We are representing a confidential client in the employee benefits sector, and our talent team is seeking a Senior Digital Creative with strong AI focus for a remote position based in Germany.

In this role, you will elevate the creative and conceptual standards of digital communication. You'll develop concepts for digital content and smaller creative projects, taking full ownership of AI integration in creative production workflows. A key responsibility will be establishing AI-powered video production as a core capability within the creative team.

Your day-to-day work includes:

• Developing creative and conceptual approaches for digital content and campaigns
• Translating concepts into concrete designs and creating digital assets hands-on
• Providing clear conceptual foundations for smaller projects and supporting them from initial idea through visual execution
• Building and evolving AI-powered video production capabilities within the team
• Contributing your perspective to creative processes, standards, and workflows
• Working closely with content teams, marketing, digital channel owners, and internal stakeholders

What We're Looking For

Our client needs someone who combines creative excellence with a solution-oriented mindset and genuine interest in emerging technologies.

Required qualifications:

• Strong creative and conceptual skills specifically for digital formats
• Proven experience using AI tools in creative production with the ability to assess practical use cases
• Experience working across multiple digital channels and content formats
• Ability to execute ideas and content visually yourself, ideally with an art direction background
• Independent work style with a pragmatic, solution-oriented approach
• Very good German language skills at C1 level or above
• Ownership mentality and ability to move topics forward proactively
