Werkstudent Marketing & Vertrieb (m/w/d)

Responsibilities

We are representing a confidential technology client in Nürnberg who is seeking a working student to support their marketing and sales initiatives. In this role, you will:

• Develop and execute creative marketing ideas that drive real business impact
• Support research and outreach to potential customers, gaining hands-on experience in modern B2B sales
• Create content for LinkedIn and other channels, from concept through publication
• Assist with campaigns, email marketing, and lead generation activities
• Participate in events, trade shows, and company-organized formats
• Bring your own ideas to the table and take ownership of projects independently

This position offers 16-20 hours per week with flexible scheduling and remote work options. Our client values curiosity and initiative over having all the answers from day one—they're looking for someone who wants to experiment, take responsibility, and grow.

• Currently enrolled as a student (Werkstudent status)
• Curiosity and willingness to try new approaches
• Interest in marketing, sales, and technology
• Strong communication skills and comfort interacting with people
• Structured, independent working style
• Ability to take initiative and drive projects forward
• Quick learner who can absorb new topics efficiently
• German language proficiency required for this role

Nice to Have:

• Prior experience in marketing, sales, social media, or content creation
• Familiarity with LinkedIn or other social media platforms
• Knowledge of marketing or CRM tools
• Strong sense for language and audience-appropriate communication
• Interest in AI, software, and digital business models
