Werkstudent (m/w/d) KI & Automatisierung Stuttgart

Responsibilities

We are representing a confidential professional services firm seeking a working student to join their AI and automation initiatives. In this role, you will:

• Design, develop, and optimize AI agents and specialized skills for internal workflows across tax advisory, audit, and business consulting functions
• Translate business requirements from professional services teams into clear and robust AI workflows
• Create and refine prompts, decision logic, and structured questionnaires for AI applications
• Systematically test outputs, identify error patterns, and advance quality standards
• Support the integration and utilization of data sources and tools, including financial software exports, spreadsheets, documents, and internal knowledge bases
• Document solutions clearly to enable colleagues to apply them confidently
• Track emerging developments in AI agents, large language models, and automation, bringing practical ideas into implementation
• Utilize standard AI and coding tools such as Claude and Codex to develop and execute your solutions

What We're Looking For

• Currently enrolled in Computer Science, Business Informatics, Data Science, Business Administration with digital or technology focus, or a comparable program
• Strong understanding of artificial intelligence, particularly large language models, prompt engineering, or agentic workflows
• Ideally, initial practical experience with Python, APIs, data preparation, automation, or vibe coding
• Structured work approach with analytical thinking; you question answers rather than accepting them simply because they sound convincing
• Ability to explain complex topics clearly and collaborate effectively across different departments
• Prior knowledge in tax consulting, accounting, or working with financial software systems is welcome but not required—your interest and willingness to learn matter most
• Excellent German language skills in written and verbal communication
• Located in or able to work from Stuttgart; remote arrangements available
