About This Opportunity

We are representing a confidential e-commerce organization in Stuttgart, seeking a student assistant (Werkstudent) to join their Customer Relationship Management team. This is an excellent opportunity for marketing and communication students to gain hands-on experience in email marketing and CRM operations within an international business environment.

Responsibilities

• Support the creation and implementation of email newsletters
• Perform updates and adjustments to newsletter templates and automated email journeys to keep content current
• Assist with preparation and quality assurance of email campaigns, including checking links, content, and display formatting
• Contribute to the development of email communication strategies and bring your own ideas for content and optimization

What We're Looking For

• Currently enrolled in a degree program, ideally in Marketing, Digital Communication, Business Administration, or a comparable field
• Interest in email marketing and CRM
• Availability of approximately 16–20 hours per week during the semester
• Careful and structured work style with a strong eye for detail
• Reliability, strong communication skills, and enjoyment of teamwork
• Excellent German and English language skills
