About the Role

As a 1st shift forklift operator at our Sparta facility, you'll be essential to Plant 3 Warehouse's daily success. You'll prepare product batches, operate forklifts to move materials efficiently, and maintain accurate documentation—all while upholding the safety and quality standards that keep our operations running smoothly.

Your Responsibilities

• Prepare batches according to production schedules and specifications
• Operate forklifts to load, unload, and move materials throughout the warehouse
• Maintain complete and accurate records of all warehouse transactions and movements
• Support a safe and efficient 1st shift environment

What We're Looking For

• Ability and willingness to earn and maintain forklift certification
• Physical capacity to lift 55 pounds regularly throughout your shift
• Comfort with fundamental math skills and warehouse computer systems
• Strong attention to detail and documentation accuracy
• Reliability and commitment to a full-time 1st shift schedule
