About the Role

As a Precision Electromechanical Assembler 1, you'll work hands-on in our Bonnie manufacturing facility, assembling intricate electromechanical components and subassemblies with exacting precision. This 1st shift position involves detailed work on systems that support critical national defense and aerospace programs. You'll be part of a team committed to quality, safety, and innovation in every component we build.

What You'll Do

• Assemble electromechanical systems and subassemblies according to detailed technical drawings and work instructions
• Perform visual inspections and quality checks to ensure components meet strict precision standards
• Use hand tools, power tools, and assembly equipment to fabricate and fit parts with tight tolerances
• Read and interpret engineering drawings, schematics, and assembly specifications accurately
• Follow all safety procedures and maintain a clean, organized work area
• Communicate effectively with supervisors and quality teams to resolve assembly challenges
• Work the 1st shift schedule, supporting our daytime manufacturing operations

What We're Looking For

• Proven experience assembling electromechanical components or similar precision manufacturing work
• Ability to read and follow technical drawings and assembly instructions with high accuracy
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality standards
• Comfortable using hand tools, power tools, and measurement instruments
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively on a manufacturing team
• Reliable, with consistent attendance and a safety-first mindset
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred
