Principal HRBP, (HR4HR) Senior Talent Transformation

Amazon is hiring a Principal HRBP, (HR4HR) Senior Talent Transformation for our International division, based in King County. This full-time role partners directly with senior executive leadership to drive talent strategy and organizational transformation across our most critical business functions.

Position Summary

As a Principal Human Resources Business Partner focused on Senior Talent and Transformation, you'll operate at the executive leadership level within Amazon, providing strategic HR counsel to Vice Presidents and Directors. This position requires someone with deep HR expertise and proven ability to influence senior-level decision making. You'll drive initiatives spanning executive talent management, compensation strategy, and organizational design for high-impact business units.

Your Responsibilities

• Partner with executive leadership including Vice Presidents and Directors to develop and execute talent strategies aligned with business objectives
• Lead executive compensation planning, analysis, and strategy initiatives
• Drive senior talent management programs including recruitment, development, retention, and succession planning
• Advise on organizational structure, redesigns, and transformation initiatives that impact executive-level teams
• Serve as a strategic advisor on complex HR matters and employment decisions affecting leadership teams

Skills & Qualifications

• Extensive experience as a senior HR leader with demonstrated success in executive-level partnership
• Deep expertise in executive compensation, talent management, and organizational development
• Excellent judgment and the ability to provide strategic counsel on sensitive HR matters
• Strong written and verbal communication skills with ability to influence across all organizational levels
• Ability to work with complex data and drive insights to inform strategic decisions
• Experience working in matrixed, large-scale organizations preferred
