Vice President, Lead Corporate Banking Relationship Manager – Banks

Wells Fargo is hiring a Vice President, Lead Corporate Banking Relationship Manager in Huntington, Orange County. In this full-time role, you'll lead client relationships within our Corporate & Investment Banking division, driving strategic growth and delivering comprehensive financial solutions to corporate, government, and institutional clients.

About the Role

As a Vice President and lead relationship manager for corporate banking, you'll serve as a senior advisor to a portfolio of large corporate and institutional clients. Your primary responsibility is to understand each client's complex financial needs and orchestrate Wells Fargo's full suite of banking, capital markets, and advisory capabilities to deliver tailored solutions that strengthen and expand these relationships.

What You'll Do

• Develop and execute relationship strategies for assigned corporate banking clients, identifying cross-selling opportunities and revenue growth potential
• Lead end-to-end delivery of banking solutions, including credit, treasury management, payment services, and investment banking services
• Coordinate with capital markets, trading, research, and advisory teams to structure comprehensive offerings aligned with client objectives
• Manage the complete client lifecycle—from prospect qualification through ongoing account management and expansion
• Prepare and present strategic recommendations to senior corporate leadership and boards of directors
• Represent Wells Fargo at industry events and in community engagement within Orange County
• Maintain accountability for revenue targets and relationship profitability metrics

What We're Looking For

• Proven track record managing large corporate banking relationships and substantial portfolios
• Strong expertise in corporate finance, capital markets, and advisory services
• Demonstrated success driving revenue growth and cross-selling financial products
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills; ability to influence senior executives and boards
• Understanding of regulatory compliance and risk management in banking
• MBA or advanced degree preferred; 10+ years of corporate banking or financial services experience required
• Willingness to build relationships through regular client interaction and presence in the Orange County market
