About the Role

As a Team Leader at Novolex, you'll be at the forefront of production operations, managing a dedicated team while ensuring quality, safety, and efficiency standards are consistently met. You'll work with our cutting-edge manufacturing processes across multiple substrate technologies including resin, paper, molded fiber, aluminum, and specialized materials that serve the foodservice, restaurant delivery and carryout, food processing, grocery and retail, and industrial sectors.

What You'll Do

• Lead, mentor, and develop team members to achieve production targets and maintain high performance standards
• Oversee daily manufacturing operations to ensure quality, safety, and on-time delivery
• Monitor equipment performance and coordinate preventative and corrective maintenance
• Conduct safety briefings and enforce workplace safety protocols and compliance procedures
• Identify process improvements and drive continuous operational improvements
• Communicate effectively with cross-functional departments to support facility goals
• Document performance metrics and prepare reports for management review
