Abbott is seeking an Upstream Global Product Manager - High Voltage (HV) Therapies to join its team in Sylmar, Los Angeles County.

About the Role

This position focuses on driving the strategic development and lifecycle management of Abbott’s high‑voltage therapy portfolio on a global scale. The incumbent will partner with cross‑functional teams to translate market insights into product plans that address clinician and patient needs while supporting Abbott’s mission to advance healthcare innovation.

What You'll Do

• Define product vision, roadmap, and positioning for high‑voltage therapy lines across international markets.
• Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify growth opportunities and inform go‑to‑market strategies.
• Collaborate with R&D, clinical, regulatory, and manufacturing stakeholders to ensure timely delivery of safe, effective products.
• Develop pricing, reimbursement, and launch plans that align with business objectives and healthcare system requirements.
• Monitor product performance post‑launch, gathering feedback to guide improvements and next‑generation initiatives.
• Represent the product portfolio at industry conferences, advisory boards, and key customer engagements.

What We're Looking For

• Bachelor’s degree in life sciences, engineering, business, or a related field; advanced degree preferred.
• Proven+5+ years of product management experience within the medical device or healthcare technology sector, preferably with cardiovascular or neuromodulation expertise.
• Strong analytical skills, with the ability to synthesize data into actionable product strategies.
• Excellent communication and influencing abilities, comfortable presenting to senior leadership and external partners.
• Demonstrated success in launching complex products and managing cross‑functional projects in a regulated environment.
• Ability to travel domestically and internationally as needed (up to 25% of time).
