About the Role

As an Account Manager (Corporate) at iManage, you will be the trusted point of contact for an assigned portfolio of clients, working remotely while staying tightly connected to colleagues worldwide through modern collaboration tools. Your central mission is to safeguard and expand net revenue retention (NRR) by ensuring every customer realizes lasting value. Occasional travel to a nearby office may be needed for in-person teamwork, company gatherings, team-building, or strategic planning sessions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Own and grow net revenue retention (NRR) across an assigned book of corporate accounts.
  • Build durable, consultative relationships with key stakeholders and decision-makers.
  • Identify expansion opportunities and partner with clients to deepen their use of iManage solutions.
  • Collaborate across a global, distributed team using leading-edge technology to keep customers engaged and successful.
  • Travel occasionally for in-person collaboration, company events, and strategic meetings when required.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience managing or growing customer accounts, ideally within a corporate or B2B setting.
  • Strong relationship-building skills and a customer-first, retention-focused mindset.
  • Comfort working independently in a remote, geographically dispersed environment.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration abilities across diverse teams and time zones.
  • Willingness to travel occasionally for team and company needs.
