About the Role

We're seeking a dedicated Manufacturing Operator to support our production operations during our night shift schedule (6:30 PM – 7:00 AM) with alternating weekends. You'll be part of a team responsible for manufacturing and processing healthcare products that serve patients and healthcare providers worldwide. This position requires attention to detail, reliability, and a commitment to maintaining the highest quality standards in a regulated manufacturing environment.

What You'll Do

• Operate and monitor manufacturing equipment and processing systems according to established procedures and specifications
• Perform routine maintenance, cleaning, and quality checks on production lines and machinery
• Follow detailed work instructions and manufacturing protocols to ensure product consistency and compliance
• Collect and record production data, maintaining accurate documentation throughout each shift
• Identify and report equipment issues, deviations, or quality concerns to supervisors promptly
• Collaborate with team members to meet production schedules and targets
• Support continuous improvement initiatives and adhere to safety and environmental standards

What We're Looking For

• High school diploma or equivalent education
• Ability to work night shift hours (6:30 PM – 7:00 AM) with alternating weekend availability
• Experience in manufacturing, processing, or plant operations (preferred but not required)
• Strong mechanical aptitude and willingness to learn equipment operation
• Attention to detail and commitment to quality and safety
• Reliable attendance and punctuality
• Ability to follow written and verbal instructions and work independently as well as in a team
