Responsibilities

We are representing a confidential events and media organization seeking a University Recruiter to join their London team. In this role, you will take ownership of the full recruitment lifecycle and help build a compelling employer brand that attracts top early-career talent.

Your core responsibilities will include:

• Managing all aspects of the recruitment process including role profiling, candidate sourcing, CV screening, assessment planning, creating interview scripts, and conducting interviews
• Building and strengthening the employer brand to attract both highly visible candidates and those who may be less actively searching
• Driving the execution and continuous improvement of recruiting processes, including automation opportunities
• Enhancing the onboarding process in collaboration with senior management
• Working closely with leadership on overall recruiting strategy

Required qualifications:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree with outstanding academic results
• UK work authorization
• Deep curiosity and genuine passion for working with and understanding people
• Comfort engaging with individuals across all levels, from students to executives
• Natural ability to make people feel at ease
• Willingness to work onsite Monday to Friday in central London (Buckingham Gate area)

While prior HR experience is not required, candidates must demonstrate a strong desire to learn, develop their skills, and push themselves in a fast-paced environment.
