Responsibilities

We are representing a confidential events and media organization seeking a Talent Recruiter to join their London team. In this role, you will own the full recruitment lifecycle and help build their talent pipeline.

Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:

• Taking ownership of all aspects of the recruitment process, including role profiling, candidate sourcing, CV screening, assessment planning, creating interview scripts, and conducting interviews
• Building a strong employer brand and attracting both active and passive candidates through various sourcing strategies
• Developing and automating recruiting processes to improve efficiency and candidate experience
• Improving the onboarding process in close collaboration with management
• Working closely with leadership on recruiting strategy and execution

Our client is seeking someone who takes ownership, is proactive, and follows through on commitments. The ideal candidate possesses a strong work ethic with a high sense of urgency and a relentless drive to excel.

Required qualifications:

• Bachelor's or master's degree with outstanding academic results
• UK work permit
• Genuine passion for working with and understanding people
• Comfort speaking with people at all levels, from students to executives
• Natural ability to make people feel comfortable and build rapport
• Humble attitude with desire to learn and push yourself

No prior HR or recruiting experience required—our client will provide training. What matters most is your innate curiosity about people and desire to develop expertise in talent acquisition.
