Deloitte seeks an experienced UKG PRO WFM Time Keeping Senior Consultant to join our Human Capital practice in Five Points, Wake County. In this full-time role, you will partner with enterprise clients to design, implement, and optimize workforce management solutions that drive operational efficiency and align talent strategies with business goals.
About the Role
As a UKG PRO WFM Time Keeping Senior Consultant, you will serve as a subject matter expert in time and attendance systems, guiding organizations through digital transformation initiatives. Working within Deloitte's Human Capital consulting team, you'll combine deep UKG PRO platform expertise with change management leadership to help clients modernize their workforce processes and navigate the evolving nature of work.
Your Responsibilities
- Analyze client business processes and requirements to design tailored UKG PRO WFM time keeping solutions
- Configure, customize, and optimize UKG PRO systems to meet functional and compliance requirements
- Lead implementation and functional transformation projects from scoping through go-live
- Develop business process models, solution documentation, and functional specifications
- Facilitate stakeholder workshops and requirements gathering sessions with client teams
- Provide expert guidance on system configuration, best practices, and capability optimization
- Manage change adoption through training, communication, and ongoing support strategies
- Troubleshoot issues and deliver solutions that improve system performance and user adoption
Qualifications
- 5+ years of professional experience with UKG PRO WFM or comparable time and attendance systems
- Demonstrated expertise in system implementation, functional configuration, and optimization
- Strong understanding of workforce management, time keeping, payroll integration, and labor regulations
- Experience leading client engagements and managing stakeholder expectations
- Excellent communication and presentation skills for diverse audiences
- Ability to work collaboratively in team environments and adapt to client needs
- Bachelor's degree in business, information technology, or related field (or equivalent professional experience)
