About the Role

As a Strategy Senior Manager focused on Sales Reinvention and Communications & Media, you'll partner with senior leadership and cross-functional teams to design and implement enterprise-scale transformation programs. You'll synthesize market intelligence, client needs, and organizational capabilities into actionable strategic roadmaps that accelerate business growth and competitive advantage.

What You'll Do

• Develop comprehensive sales transformation strategies that align client business objectives with go-to-market approaches
• Lead strategy engagements across communications and media channels, optimizing how clients reach, engage, and retain customers
• Conduct competitive and market analysis to inform strategic recommendations and identify growth opportunities
• Collaborate with delivery teams to ensure strategic frameworks translate into executable, results-driven implementations
• Guide client leadership through change initiatives, building organizational buy-in for transformation programs
• Manage complex client relationships while maintaining delivery excellence and client satisfaction

What We're Looking For

• 8+ years of experience in management consulting, strategy, or enterprise sales transformation
• Demonstrated expertise developing go-to-market and commercial strategy in B2B or B2C environments
• Strong background in communications strategy, media planning, or marketing-driven business transformation
• Excellent communication and presentation skills; ability to translate strategy into clear narratives for executive audiences
• Track record of managing high-stakes client relationships and leading cross-functional delivery teams
• Strategic mindset with strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities
• MBA or equivalent advanced business experience preferred
