What You'll Do

• Greet customers with professionalism and build lasting relationships through attentive, personalized service
• Open new deposit accounts and educate customers on available products and services
• Process routine transactions including deposits, withdrawals, and account changes
• Identify customer needs and cross-sell appropriate banking products and services
• Refer customers for consumer loans, investment services, and other specialized offerings
• Maintain compliance with banking regulations, anti-money laundering standards, and company policies
• Meet individual and team sales goals while maintaining service quality standards
• Keep customer information secure and handle confidential data responsibly

What We're Looking For

• High school diploma or equivalent; some college or banking experience preferred
