About the Role

As a Team Member at Tropical Smoothie Cafe, you'll be the backbone of our daily operations in Midland. Whether you're opening our doors early or closing down for the evening, you'll help create the energetic, welcoming atmosphere our guests expect. This full-time position offers flexible scheduling that works around your availability—early morning shifts starting at 5:00 AM or evening availability through midnight are both available based on café hours and your preferences.

What You'll Do

• Prepare smoothies, bowls, and other menu items with precision and consistency using our established recipes and procedures
• Deliver friendly, attentive service to every customer while maintaining a positive attitude during peak and slower periods
• Operate the point-of-sale system accurately and handle cash and card transactions securely
• Keep the café clean and organized, including equipment sanitization and workspace maintenance
• Follow all food safety and health code requirements to ensure customer safety
• Support team members during shifts and contribute to a collaborative work environment

What We're Looking For

• Available to work flexible hours, including early mornings or evenings, based on café needs
