About the Role
As a BMW Master Technician Mechanic, you'll perform diagnostic and repair work on BMW vehicles at the highest technical standard. This is a hands-on position where your expertise directly impacts customer satisfaction and shop performance.
What You'll Do
- Diagnose and repair BMW engines, transmissions, electrical systems, and mechanical components
- Perform preventive maintenance and complete overhauls on luxury European vehicles
- Utilize advanced diagnostic equipment and technical resources to identify issues accurately
- Document all work and maintain detailed service records
- Communicate clearly with service advisors and customers about repairs and timelines
- Stay current with BMW technical bulletins and updated repair procedures
- Mentor junior technicians and contribute to team knowledge
What We're Looking For
- Master-level BMW certification or equivalent demonstrated experience
- Minimum 5+ years of professional BMW and European vehicle repair experience
- Strong diagnostic and problem-solving skills
- Proficiency with computer diagnostic systems and shop management software
- A commitment to quality craftsmanship and customer service
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Willingness to relocate to the Clinton area (relocation assistance provided)
